What does the CRM enrichment API sync?
The activity of your LinkedIn seats: messages sent and received, accepted invitations, new invitations received, bounces on the email channel and session disconnections. Each event carries the profile it concerns, so your CRM can log it on the right contact and update the lead stage.
Which events can I subscribe to?
message_received, accepted_invitation, invitation_received and email_bounced, or all of them. Every payload has a platform field, linkedin, email or whatsapp, and a stable event_id to deduplicate retries.
Does it work with HubSpot and Salesforce?
Yes. Point the webhook at a small receiver or at a workflow tool such as Make, n8n or Zapier, then write the activity and the stage to the CRM with their API. No LinkedIn plugin is needed inside the CRM.
Can I import conversations that already exist?
Yes. List the inbox and read any conversation of a connected seat, match the profiles to your contacts and log the history before you start a sequence.
Does it also enrich contact data?
On the same key. The profile API returns the current role and company, and the email finder a verified address, so the record that receives the conversation is also complete.
